these breads - soft as cotton light as feather
Ingredients : 540g bread flour, 80g caster sugar, 5g salt, 7g instant dried yeast, 85g egg, 60g cream, 55g full cream milk, 50g softened butter and about 200g tang zhong
Ingredients used for making tang zhong : 50g baker flour and 250ml full cream milk
