Ingredients :
A. cream cheese 125g, unsalted butter 50g, fresh milk 100g
B. self raising flour 35g, corn flour 15g, egg yolks 3
C. egg whites 3, caster sugar 50g, cream of tartar 1/8 teaspoon
Filling :
A. cream cheese, icing sugar and thickened cream
B. lightly toasted almond flakes
