南瓜戚风蛋糕

在面糊里头多加了两汤匙的 black chia seeds, 效果还蛮不错。

南瓜戚风蛋糕



Ingredients :  
A. 5 egg yolks, 20g brown sugar, 50g rice bran oil, 110g mashed pumpkin, 75g plain flour, 25g corn flour, 2 tablespoons fresh milk and 2 tablespoons black chia seeds
B. 5 egg whites, a few drops lemon juice and 50g caster sugar
