Beurre Bosc Pears

Beurre Bosc Pears are great dessert pears .....


Red wine poached pears with vanilla ice-cream and walnut crumbs




Ingredients :

3 Beurre Bosc Pears

For Poaching Liquid : 11/2 cups red wine, 1 cup water, 2 star-anise, 3 cloves, 1 cinnamon quill, lemon peels and 3 table spoons sugar

Vanilla ice-cream and walnut crumbs to serve

so yummy .....
