Ingredients: 4 cups baker flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons mixed spice, 7g sachets dried yeast, 1/4 cup caster sugar, 350ml lukewarm milk, 2 eggs, 1 cup currants, 1/2 cup dried apricots, 1/2 cup dark chocolate baking chips
For the crosses: Mix together 50g plain flour, 50g water and 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
