赏心悦目

我喜歡回顧, 是因爲我不喜歡忘記。我總認爲，在世間，有些人、有些事、有些時刻, 

似乎都有一種特定的安排, 在當時也許不覺得，但是在以後回想起來，卻都有一種深意。

Vanilla Cup Cakes

mmmm......lovely without artificial colouring......

Donna Hay's recipe :

185g plain flour, sifted

3/4 teaspoon baking powder, sifted

220g caster sugar

125g butter, softened

2 eggs

180 ml milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. preheat oven to 160 deg C, place the flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, eggs, milk

and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix to combine.

  

2. spoon mixture into muffin tins lined with paper cases and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked.

3. ice as desired.
