I often cook curries when the weather is cold. Curries are such beautiful comfort food in the cold winter days. My normal practice is, I would cook extra potatoes in the curries and use the left over potatoes for making curry puffs.
Curry puffs are such down-to-earth food. Frozen, they can be reheated days and weeks later. And when they are reheated one can detect their delicious smell from miles away.
I even cook chicken curries at my work place, the kids from one year old to five year olds love it very much..... they keep saying to me ..... more, more, I want more .....

I make 16 curry puffs today, 6 for Ling Chew, 4 for my FIL and the rest ...... hmmmm ....
