Poached Pears

Another great way of poaching pears .....

Poached Pears with white wine syrup


Ingredients : Beurre Bosc pears, white wine and soft brown sugar

1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan and heat slowly, until sugar has dissolved.

2. Increase heat and bring to the boil, simmer until pears are soft.

3. Serve warm or cold with the white wine syrup.
