中种法之燕麦吐司



Overnight sponge dough : 100g bakers flour, 60g water and 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast

Sesame Bread Loaf : 300g bakers flour, 25g ground black sesame, 5g instant yeast, 30g sugar, pinch of salt, 60g overnight sponge dough, 190g cold milk, 25g butter and black and white sesame for coating the dough

Rolled Oat Bread Loaf : 200g bakers flour, 50g wholemeal flour, 20g rolled oats, 10g chia seeds, 5g instant yeast, 15g brown sugar, pinch of salt, 60g overnight sponge dough, 1 teaspoon honey, 190g cold milk and 25g butter
