Basic Milk Buns :
Overnight Sponge Dough : 215g bakers flour, 130g fresh milk and 2g dried yeast
Main dough : 95g bakers flour, 15g fresh milk, 1 egg, 5g dried yeast, 5g salt, 50g caster sugar and 45g unsalted butter
