石榴,巧克力与戚风

在纲上看到此食谱, 原名是日式黑珍珠戚风蛋糕.


石榴巧克力戚风蛋糕




Ingredients : 
A. 5 egg yolks, 60g vegetable oil, 100g fresh milk, 150g cooking chocolate, 55g self raising flour, pinch of salt, 25g cocoa powder and 1/2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate

B. 5 egg whites, 80g caster sugar and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
