Ingredients :
Tangzhong : 25g Bakers flour and 125ml water ( 1:5 )
Main Dough : 300g Bakers flour, 50g wholemeal flour, 40g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 125ml milk, 2 teaspoons dried yeast and 30g unsalted butter
Filling : tinned tuna, diced onion, pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dried herbs
