在Springvale菜市场新鲜漂亮的芋头售价A$6.99一公斤, 为平日价钱的一半。它可是个百变食材, 咸甜皆宜。

: long grain rice, water, yam, dried shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, shallots, garlic, spring onions and pork mince
Seasoning
: oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper
