咖啡与绿茶花式饼干
Ingredients : 120g unsalted butter, 90g pure icing sugar, 45g egg white, 150g plain flour, 15g corn flour, 70g almond meal, instant coffee/green tea powder and hot water
Method :
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Gradually add the egg white and beat thoroughly.
3. Fold in the sifted flour mixture until just combined.
4. Add the coffee paste / green tea paste(combine instant coffee/green tea powder with hot water and mix well) into the mixture. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
5. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe into desired patterns on lined baking trays.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 deg C.
